While my main car – the 2024 Peugeot 2008 Allure – is in the garage, I’ve been loaned a 2024 Peugeot 208 Hybrid. And honestly? It’s a blast.
This little hatch is packed with personality. It’s a hybrid (electric + petrol), and the transition between power sources is super smooth. The dual-clutch gearbox and paddle shifters make it seriously fun to drive. It feels light, quick, and responsive – more so than I expected.
It might only be a temporary car, but I’ve ended up really enjoying it. It’s one of the most fun small cars I’ve driven. I even took some of my best photos with it – something about the design and size just works well with the camera.
Would I go for one long-term? Yes, I genuinely love it.
